Underwear sourcing and private-label product selection by DailyFulfill

Operations First

Built for Underwear Sellers Who Already Have Demand

Once an underwear SKU starts selling, the difficult part is no longer finding a product link. It is keeping every size, color, batch and package consistent while inventory and order volume change.

Size & SKU Control

Map every style, color and size to the correct SKU. Confirm regional size charts and labels before stock is received.

Supplier & Batch Consistency

Compare suitable suppliers, review samples, and confirm material, construction, elastic, logo and packaging requirements before approving bulk production.

Inventory & Reorder Planning

Separate supplier lead time from carrier transit time. Plan stock, packaging and reorder points before a winning SKU runs out.

Supplier Risk Control

The Cheapest Quote Can Become the Most Expensive Batch

Two supplier listings can use the same photos and still differ in fabric, sizing, construction, packaging and factory origin. For a store with repeat orders, unit price is only one part of the decision.

What Usually Goes Wrong

  • The supplier’s size chart does not match US or EU customer expectations.
  • Bulk production differs from the sample that was originally approved.
  • Elastic, stitching, construction or logo application varies from batch to batch.
  • The same stock listing changes factory, material or product quality without warning.
  • Folding, individual packaging and SKU identification are inconsistent.

How DailyFulfill Controls the Handoff

  • Capture the product, size, material, order volume, logo and packaging requirements before requesting quotations.
  • Compare three to five suitable suppliers when a new source is genuinely needed.
  • Approve a sample before locking the production standard for a bulk order.
  • Confirm the inspection scope and packaging workflow before inventory arrives.
  • Keep your current supplier when it already fits the product and quality requirements.

Category Coverage

Underwear Categories We Can Source and Fulfill

We source products you have already validated, or compare alternatives against your current SKU, specification and customer feedback. Final availability, pricing and MOQ are confirmed for the exact style.

Bras & Bralettes

Confirm fabric, cup and band construction, elastic, stitching, labels and regional sizing.

Panties & Bikini Underwear

Manage multi-color and size matrices, fabric and trim options, individual packaging or multipacks.

Period Underwear

Review construction, material layers, size charts, care instructions and any required testing or documents.

Seamless & Shapewear Styles

Sample compression, stretch, size tolerance, recovery and fit before approving production.

Multi-Packs & Branded Sets

Coordinate color combinations, SKU mapping, inserts, individual bags and retail packaging.

Your Current Winning SKU

Send a link or sample so we can compare like-for-like options instead of replacing a validated product blindly.

Private Label Planning

Private Label Options Built Around Your SKU Matrix

Underwear customization is not one universal MOQ. The product, logo method, color, size mix, fabric and packaging all affect minimum quantity, cost and production time.

Logo Application

Woven labels, heat-transfer logos, printed waistbands or other methods are matched to the garment and order volume.

Care & Size Labels

Confirm size presentation, care instructions, language and label placement for the target market.

Hangtags & Insert Cards

Coordinate branded tags, care cards, QR codes and customer inserts as one packaging set.

Individual Inner Bags

Choose clear, branded or biodegradable bags and lock the folding and bagging method by SKU.

Mailers & Retail Boxes

Use brand-neutral mailers, custom mailers or retail boxes according to your fulfillment and unboxing plan.

Color & Size Matrix Planning

Calculate the real factory minimum across styles, colors and sizes before you commit to production.

Sourcing Workflow

A Sourcing Process Built Around the Approved Sample

Our team commonly searches 1688 and underwear supply chains in the Chaoshan region, then evaluates the supplier that fits the exact product. A famous factory region does not replace product-level verification.

Define the Requirement

Capture the product link or sample, material, size chart, color and size matrix, daily order volume, target market, logo method and packaging requirements.

Compare Suitable Suppliers

When a new source is needed, compare several suppliers against the actual specification—not only the listing photo or the lowest quoted unit price.

Sample and Lock the Standard

Review fit, construction, elastic, color, logo and packaging. The approved sample becomes the reference for bulk production.

Plan Production and Backup

Confirm lead time, MOQ allocation, reorder point and, where appropriate, a backup option before a winning SKU is placed at risk.

Inbound Quality Control

Agree the Underwear Inspection Scope Before Inventory Arrives

Standard inbound receiving uses a spot-check workflow. A higher inspection rate or 100% full inspection can be arranged for first bulk orders, previous batch issues, higher-risk products or client-requested programs. The scope is confirmed before inbound.

  • Standard Inbound Spot Check
  • Higher-Rate Inspection
  • 100% Full Inspection on Request

SKU, Color, Size & Quantity

Confirm the received SKU mix and unit count against the inbound record.

Measurements & Size Consistency

Compare key product measurements with the approved size chart and sample.

Stitching, Elastic & Construction

Review seams, gussets, elastic and the main construction points of the garment.

Color & Visible Condition

Check obvious color variation, stains, damage and other visible product defects.

Logo, Labels & Care Information

Confirm logo position, size labels, care labels, hangtags and related information.

Folding & Individual Packaging

Check the folding method, inner bags, inserts and required packaging set.

Commercial Clarity

Commercial Terms We Confirm Before You Commit

Product cost, procurement time, private-label production, MOQ allocation and supplier handoff should be confirmed before inventory moves—not discovered after the first batch is already in progress.

Indicative Product Cost

Quote the Exact Specification

Common underwear styles are often roughly US$1–$8 at supplier level. Special fabric, construction, testing and custom packaging can increase the cost. Final pricing follows the exact specification and sample.

Procurement & Production

Separate Each Lead-Time Stage

In-stock procurement is commonly about 1–3 days. Private-label bulk production is commonly about 25–40 days after approval; selected straightforward partner programs may be shorter. Carrier transit is quoted separately.

MOQ Allocation

Confirm by Style, Color and Size

Stock products may have no universal MOQ. Private-label projects commonly start around 500–2,000 pieces, and factories may allocate the minimum across color, style and size.

Supplier Migration

Move in Controlled Stages

Keep a supplier that already works. We can map SKUs, transfer stock and packaging into our Guangzhou warehouse in stages, test orders, and scale after the handoff is stable.

Questions Growing Underwear Brands Ask Us

Yes. You do not need to replace a factory that already produces the right product. We can coordinate a staged inventory transfer to our Guangzhou warehouse, map your existing styles, colors and sizes to the correct SKUs, receive your packaging materials, test the fulfillment workflow and scale after the handoff is stable.
Please send us the product link or a physical sample, material and construction requirements, color and size matrix, current or forecast daily order volume, target market, logo method and packaging plan. If the product already has recurring customer complaints, such as sizing, color variation or packaging issues, please include those as well.
There is no single MOQ that applies to every underwear project. Stock products may be available in small quantities without a universal MOQ. For private-label production, factory MOQs commonly start around 500–2,000 pieces, while some factories calculate the minimum by style, color and size. Simple label or packaging customization may start lower after supplier confirmation.
Standard samples are commonly completed in about 2–5 days. Samples that require a logo, custom label, packaging or other customization commonly take about 7–15 days. Private-label bulk production is commonly completed in about 25–40 days after the sample, specifications and production details are approved. These are procurement and production stages; carrier transit time is quoted separately.
We compare the product’s actual measurements with the expectations of the target market, review the size chart and size labels, and map each regional size to the correct SKU. The approved sample is then used as the production reference. In previous operations, revising product measurements and size labels helped reduce size-related complaints from European customers.
The inspection scope can cover SKU, color, size and quantity, key measurements, stitching, elastic, garment construction, visible condition, logo placement, size and care labels, hangtags, folding, individual bags and the required packaging set. Standard inbound receiving uses a spot-check workflow. A higher inspection rate or 100% full inspection can be arranged for first bulk orders, previous batch issues, higher-risk products or client-requested programs. The inspection scope is confirmed before inventory arrives.
