Getting Started

How do I start working with DailyFulfill? +

Three steps. First, request a free quote with your product links and expected order volume — we reply within one business day. Second, you're assigned a dedicated account manager who walks you through pricing, sourcing, and packaging options. Third, once you're ready, we connect to your Shopify, TikTok Shop, or WooCommerce store — orders start flowing automatically.

No setup fee, no onboarding charge, no contract to sign on day one.

Do you have a product catalog I can browse? +

We don't publish a fixed catalog because we source to order, not from stock — this is what makes us different from platforms like CJ or AliExpress. Tell your account manager what niche you're in (fashion, beauty, home, electronics, etc.), and within 24-48 hours they'll send you a custom product shortlist with prices, MOQs, and sample photos.

If you already have a specific product in mind, just send the AliExpress, Amazon, or 1688 link — we'll quote it directly.

What types of sellers do you work best with? +

Our sweet spot is Shopify and TikTok Shop sellers doing 30-1,000+ orders per day who want to build a real DTC brand — not just drop-ship random products. We also work well with WooCommerce, Etsy, eBay, and Amazon sellers in the same volume range.

If you're doing fewer than 10 orders a day, a self-service platform like CJ Dropshipping may be more cost-effective to start with. We're built for the stage after that — when you're ready for custom packaging, faster shipping, and a named person to handle your account.

Is there a free trial or minimum commitment? +

No free trial, but no minimum commitment either. There's no setup fee, no monthly subscription, and no long-term contract required to start. You pay per order, period.

If you later want to lock in volume pricing or custom packaging rates, we'll sign a longer-term agreement — but that's optional, at your pace, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Pricing & Packaging

How much does custom branded packaging cost? +

We charge per unit, no hidden setup fees. Here are our standard packaging rates:

Thank-you cards / stickers $0.10 / piece
Branded poly mailers / bags $0.50 / piece
Custom printed boxes $0.70 / piece

Design work is free if you already have your brand assets. If you need us to design from scratch, we offer basic label design at cost. Volume discounts kick in at 5,000+ pieces.

What's the minimum order quantity for private label products? +

For private label products (your logo, your formula, your packaging), MOQs typically range from 200 to 500 pieces per SKU, depending on the product category and complexity. Production lead time is 20-30 days from approved sample.

For white label products (your branding on an existing factory product), MOQs are much lower — often 50-100 pieces — because we're just adding your logo to stock items.

If you need smaller quantities to test the market, white label is usually the better starting point before scaling to private label.

What payment methods do you support? +

We support seven international payment methods to fit sellers anywhere in the world:

Payoneer · Wise · PingPong · WorldFirst · Stripe · Credit Card · Bank Transfer (T/T)

No PayPal — it's unreliable for Chinese B2B accounts and the fees are higher than Payoneer or Wise. Most of our European clients use Wise or Payoneer for weekly order settlements. US clients usually prefer Stripe or credit card. All invoices are in USD or EUR, your choice.

Do you charge for warehouse storage? +

No storage fees for active clients. As long as your orders are flowing regularly through our system, we store your branded packaging, private label stock, and reorder inventory for free — unlimited duration, across our Yiwu and Shenzhen warehouses (5,000 m² total).

This is a meaningful cost saving: most 3PLs charge $0.50-$2 per cubic foot per month, which adds up fast if you're holding seasonal stock or custom boxes. With us, it's bundled into the fulfillment service.

If your store pauses for 90+ days, we'll reach out to discuss next steps — but there's no aggressive "storage bill" surprise.

Shipping & Logistics

How fast do you ship to the US and Europe? +

Standard delivery timelines from order placement to delivered doorstep:

United States (all 50 states) 6 – 12 business days
EU core (DE, FR, NL, BE, IT, ES) 3 – 8 business days
UK 5 – 10 business days
Middle East (IL, SA, AE) 7 – 14 business days

Orders are picked and packed the same day they sync from your store (before 4 PM China time). Dedicated EU shipping lines via the Netherlands and Belgium, and direct US lines via Los Angeles and New York, keep transit tight and tracking accurate end-to-end.

Which carriers and shipping lines do you use? +

We don't lock you into one carrier. Depending on the destination, product weight, and speed you need, your order routes through the optimal combination of:

International: YunExpress, 4PX, SF Express International, DHL eCommerce, UPS Worldwide, FedEx International.

Last-mile (EU): PostNL, DPD, GLS, Bpost, Deutsche Post, Colissimo.

Last-mile (US): USPS, UPS Ground, FedEx Ground.

You tell us your priority per market. We route accordingly. No one-size-fits-all.

What happens if an order gets lost in transit? +

Lost packages are rare (under 0.5% of shipments) but they do happen. Our policy is simple:

If tracking stops moving for 10+ business days past the expected delivery window, we file a claim with the carrier and reship the order at our cost — no back-and-forth, no partial refunds, no "it's the carrier's fault" excuses.

For high-value orders, we offer optional shipping insurance at cost. Your account manager will flag any order where insurance is recommended based on declared value and destination.

Can you ship to the Middle East, Israel, or the UAE? +

Yes. Middle East is one of our fastest-growing markets — we actively ship to Israel, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain, with a growing number of clients running Shopify and TikTok Shop stores targeting these regions.

Typical delivery times are 7-14 business days, with both direct air freight options and consolidated sea-air hybrid routes for heavier goods. Arabic and Hebrew addressing on shipping labels is supported — just flag it on your first order.

Our Shenzhen warehouse is the primary dispatch point for Middle East orders because of its proximity to Shenzhen Airport's freight routes.

Policies & Security

How do you handle customer returns or quality issues? +

Every order is inspected before it ships — size, color, function, packaging. If something's wrong, we don't ship it. That's the first line of defense, and it's why quality complaints are rare.

When issues do surface after delivery (customer claims defect, item damaged in transit, wrong variant), your account manager handles it directly: we reship, refund to you, or credit your next order — whichever works best for your customer-facing policy. No drawn-out disputes, no "it's the customer's fault" deflection.

For truly defective batches, we trace back to the factory and pursue their warranty. You're not stuck covering factory mistakes.

Is my store data confidential? Can we sign an NDA? +

Yes on both. Your store data, sales volumes, product selection, and customer information are treated as strictly confidential and never shared with any third party, including other DailyFulfill clients in the same niche.

If you want a formal NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), we sign it gladly — either yours or a standard bilateral template from our side, in English, governed by a jurisdiction that works for both parties (typically Hong Kong for international clients).

We've signed NDAs with clients building competitive DTC brands, private-label launches, and TikTok Shop stores where product secrecy matters. Zero leaks in nine years.

What happens if I want to stop working with you? +

You can walk away at any time — that's the short answer.

Without a long-term contract: Just give us 30 days' notice. We'll fulfill any open orders, ship out any remaining inventory you're holding with us, and settle the final invoice. No termination fees.

With a long-term contract (only signed if you want volume-locked pricing): notice period is 30 or 60 days depending on what we agreed. Same exit process — no penalties beyond the notice window.

We keep clients by being useful, not by contract traps.
