Before a sample or reorder is approved, translate the customer-facing product into a record the supplier and warehouse can both follow.
Photos cannot establish material quality by themselves. Supplier declarations, samples and supporting documents can be reviewed where available. The approved physical reference remains important for visible finish, hand feel, hardware and construction.
The checklist changes with the bag’s construction. We align the agreed inspection scope to the approved sample and the failure points most likely to affect customer use or presentation.
The exact scope is agreed by product and risk. Higher-rate or 100% inspection can be arranged when requested, after a batch-quality concern, for a new high-risk item or for the first bulk arrival of a customized product.
